Vivica A. Fox wants to set the record straight when it comes to a rumored sex tape - there isn't one.

"Vivica does not have a sex tape. If I did, I would be making my own money off of it," the Kill Bill actress told PEOPLE backstage Saturday night at the taping of the inaugural BET Honors in Washington, D.C.

Reports of the tape swept the Internet earlier this month, but Fox says, "As a 43-year-old woman, I would never allow a man to put me in that position. If you see me having a love scene, it's going to be choreographed in a movie, and be fabulous."

Isn't that what Kim said right before her tape with Ray J leaked. This statement comes just as the tape, which can be seen below, makes rounds. You can be the judge of whether its actually her or not.
