To make matters worse, best friend Audrina Patridge allegedly buried the hatchet with Conrad’s ex-BFF and current rival, Heidi Montag.

"At this point, I have to question every person that wants a relationship with me, whether it’s friendship or a romantic relationship," Conrad said.

"[Audrina Patridge] has to remind me that she’s not someone who’s going to betray me," the 22-year-old star of The Hills says pointedly.
